About Creating Corners

After clicking Corner , the possible corner options are available in the Tools Palette. By default, he Trim All Elements is selected.

Trim First Element: trims only the first line you selected to create your corner.

No Trim : no line is trimmed.

Standard Lines Trim : the trimmed lines are set as standard lines.

Construction Lines Trim : the trimmed lines are set as construction lines.

Construction Lines No Trim : the trimmed lines are set as non-trimmed construction lines.

You can create several corners just by multi-selecting.

For example, select the rectangle endpoints and enter a radius value in the Radius box (Tools Palette). Four corners are created at the same time with the same radius value. Also, an equivalent dimension is created in the Relations node in the tree.

Tips: You can create corners between curves. Double-clicking the EquivalentDimensions.x displays the Equivalent Dimensions Feature Window dialog box. In this dialog box, you can change the equivalent dimension of the radius value of the corners you have just created and modify all the radii simultaneously. By default, corner centers are created.

If you do not need them you can specify this in the Preferences dialog box. For this, clear the Create circle and ellipse centers check box under Me > Preferences > App Preferences > 3D Modeling > 3D Modeling Core > Sketcher > Geometry.
