Isolating Projections and Intersections

You can isolate the elements resulting from the use of the Project 3D Elements or Intersect 3D Elements operations using a contextual command.

  1. Select any element obtained from a projection or intersection operation.


  2. From the Sketch section of the action bar, click Isolate or right-click the mark feature in the tree and select Mark.xxx > Isolate.
    Tip: You can also select the projection or intersection elements and click on the context toolbar.
  3. The elements are no longer linked to the initial geometry, which means that you can edit them as per the requirement.


    Once isolated, the elements are displayed in white. You can edit their graphical properties using Edit > Properties.
