| The new
Expression Editor Preferences dialog box replaces the
Optimized mode,
Syntax errors, and
Text formatting options. It lets you edit
preferences that impact the EKL editors. The following preferences are
available:
- Optimized mode allows activating or
deactivating the incremental mode.
- Syntax errors allows activating or
deactivating the automatic detection of syntax errors.
- Text formatting allows activating or
deactivating the automatic indentation of the text.
- Hide wizard allows showing or hiding the
wizard in editors.
- Show contextual help after n milliseconds
allows activating or deactivating the contextual help when typing an
expression. When selected, the spinner allows defining the time frame before
the automatic help appears.
- Show the last recently used types allows
activating or deactivating the list showing the latest types of features you
used when adding an argument to the editor. When selected, the spinner allows
defining the number of recent types that are available to the user.
- Filter the types allows filtering the types of
features that are available to the user when adding an argument to the
editor.
- Generate history snapshot after n seconds
allows defining the time before an automatic save of the work (called snapshot)
is done.
- The
Font section allows defining the style and the
color for each type of expressions (keywords, comments, strings, ...).
