User Preferences

By setting Preferences, you can customize how you use Logical Product Definition. The options that you select do not affect other users.

Preference Option Description
Credentials Choose a set of credentials from the list. The list shows all the credentials assigned to you. The credentials use this format:

CollaborativeSpace.Organization.Role

If you only belong to a single organization, that part of the credentials is not displayed.

Click Save to update the active security context for the further operations.

Disable index acceleration When retrieving data, bypass the database index and return the exact information that is in the database (Note: This option may decrease performance).
Mean time to enable index acceleration on model revision set After a user creates or updates their data, the index acceleration is disabled to reflect the user’s latest changes (performance decreases). This field controls the duration between the user’s most recent updates in the app and when the app resumes using the index, accelerating the performance of the application. The mean time that you select can be based on the typical time required to index your data.
Depth flattened view Defines the number of levels in the structure that are flattened. All references at lower level are display under their parent.

Work under position Defines where user wants the Work under command to be located. The selected option is saved and every time the widget is opened the work under icon is placed in the position saved by user. Default position is lower-right.
