Installing the Connector for Zuken CR-5000 Client.

Install the Connector for Zuken CR-5000 client on each computer that will run Zuken CR-5000.This manual guides through the installation of Connector for Zuken CR-5000 for Windows based systems.

System requirements:

  • Zuken Environment: Zuken CR5000 Version 17
  • 3DEXPERIENCE Products: XCAD Design Connector- V6R2019x
  • Connector for Zuken CR-5000: ConnectorforZukenCR-5000Client
  • Java Environment: Java JRE 1.8 64bit

Before you begin: Login as a user with administrative privileges and follow the instructions. If you have no administrative privileges, the installation may fail.
  1. Login as a user with administrative privileges.
  2. Execute the file ConnectorforZukenCR-5000Client.exe
    It is the first step of the installation. It shows an overview of the product, its version and additional recommendations for the proper installation of Connector Client.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Choose or specify the path of the directory for installing the Connector. Select Next to proceed.
  5. Specify where the product icons need to be created. After the installation, the Start Menu entries are created under the specified location. Proceed with the installation by selecting Next.
  6. Select Install to install the Connector. Choose Previous to traverse between the previous pages to modify any setting before proceeding for the installation.
  7. The final step of the installation which shows the final summary of the installation. A restart of the system is required to complete the installation. Select Done to complete the installation.
