Authorized People

You can list the authorized people based class security rules.

Required access role:

  • Baseline: Leader

To access this page:

  1. Open a security class or a security rule. For more information, see Opening a Security Class or Opening a Security Rule.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Authorized People.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the authorized person.
Full Name The full name of the authorized person.
Location The location of the authorized person.
Citizenship The type of citizenship of the authorized person.
Organization Displays the organization title for the related authorized person.
Skill The skills related to the authoized person.
Email The email address of the authorized person..
Work Phone Number The work phone number of the authorized person..
State The current lifecycle state of the authorized person.
