Export Records Lifecycle

The Export Records policy defines the lifecycle state of an export record.

Inactive

The export record is in the Inactive state at creation. The owner of the export record or the Leader can promote the export record to the Active state.

Active

The export record is available. The Leader can promote the record to the Archived state when it is no longer being used.

Archived

The export record is no longer available.
