Export Records

The Export Records page displays on the right-side panel in the IP Security Log Records Summary Report.

Required access role:

  • Baseline: Leader

To access this page:

  1. Make sure IP Export Control Management is the active app.
  2. Click the Export Occurrence Limit hyperlink on the export exception properties page.
  3. Click the chart date to display the respective data.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the security record.
Type The type of security record.
Description The detailed description of the security record.
Export Occurrences The number of export occurrences allowed related to the IP Export Classification Document.
Export Date The date of export.
