Archive Expired Exceptions and Country Registrations

You can archive expired exceptions and country registrations to improve system performance.

You can archive two types of expired data:

  • Expired exceptions - any exception that is in the Active state in which its validity has expired.
  • Expired country registrations - any country registration that is in the Active state, but the registration end date has expired.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration > Archive Expired Exceptions and Country Registrations.
    A dialog box displays prompting a confirmation that expired exceptions and country registrations will be archived.
  2. Click OK to proceed and archive the expired exceptions and country registrations.

Once the activity is complete, the expired exceptions are promoted to the Archive state, and the expired country registration status is updated to Archived.
