Managing the Question Tree

You can manage the questions in the Question Tree.

Required access role: Leader


Before you begin: IP Export Control Management must be the active app.

Question Tree Revisions

Environment: On premises only

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration > Question Tree > Administration.
  2. From Actions, click one of the following:

    • Add a Question
    • Delete a Question
    • Promote to Active State

  3. Click Enable Edit .
  4. Check the item to add, delete, or promote.
  5. Click Save.
    When complete, the Question Tree should be promoted to the state Active.
  6. Click Administration > Question Tree > Revisions for a listing of the previous active revisions available.
    Once the Question Tree is active, Revise Question Tree will be available in the Actions menu .

The latest revision of the Question Tree is used for classification.
