Creating an Export Control Library

You can create an Export Control Library.

Required access role:

  • Baseline: Leader

Before you begin: IP Export Control Management must be the active app.

Opening an Export Control Library
  1. In the navigation pane, click Export Control Libraries.
  2. From the toolbar, click Create New .
  3. Enter the following information:
    Field Description
    Type The type is Export Control Library.
    Title Enter a title for the security library.
    Description Enter a description of the security library.
    Owner The user currently responsible for the library. Click to select a new owner. Ensure that the user selected meets the access criteria intended for and to be defined within the specific security library being created. This owner will become the governing security officer.
    Notify Click to select the people to notify.
    Message A message sent to the users in the Notify field.
    Add to Folders Click to select a folder to add the security library.
  4. Click OK.
