View and edit DesignSync server repositories available through the connectors to 3DEXPERIENCE platform applications.

Connector Configuration

Specify the temporary workspace path for DesignSync workspace operations.

Field Description
Temporary Workspaces Path Specifies the base directory for temporary workspaces on the server used to perform operations that need to run in a workspace. The server can store up to 10 workspaces. Once the max workspace count is reached, additional workspaces overwrite the existing temporary ones. (Required)
Apply Saves the new temporary workspace value, replacing the previous value.
Reset Resets the Temporary Workspaces Path to the last saved value.

DesignSync Server Configuration

There is one record in the table for each DesignSync server configuration. Select the check box next to the server name to edit or remove a server from the list.

Field Description
DesignSync Server URL SyncServer URL, including port number, for the server hosting repositories to be used by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. For example:
 sync://serv1.ABCo.com:2647
Category or Module Path List of modules or module categories containing the repositories, if required. For example: 
/Modules
 /Modules/ChipDesigns/
/Modules/ROM
Tools Location of the DesignSync installation. For example: 
/home/user/syncinc/linux_a64
Edit Edit the server connection information.
Add Add a new server.
Delete Remove the selected server.
