Request Template Identity Card

The identity card provides basic information about the request template.

To access this page, select the request template and click Information on the toolbar or open the request template. For more information, see Opening Request Templates.

Fields

Field Description
Request Template title The name of the request template.
Maturity Content: Current maturity state of the request template.

Link:Modifies the maturity state of the selected objects. For more information, see Changing Maturity.
Owner

The current owner of the request template.
Name

The unique identifier of the object, automatically defined at creation.
Revision

The revision level of the object.
Creation Date

The date and time when the object was created.
Modification Date

The date and time when the object was last modified. If not modified, this date is the same as the Creation Date.

Collapse Click to show minimal information in the identity card. Not all fields appear when you collapse the identity card. —

View Route Templates Opens the route template in the Route Management dashboard app. You can create the route template and use it in the request template. —
