Managing Attachments

You can add and view attachments, including images, that depict or define the issue.

You can select Popup to open the attachments in a new window.

The top of the tab shows the name of the user who uploaded the document, with the date and time. You can click the name of any attachment in the catalog or slider to load it into the viewer.

You must have the Author or Leader access role to upload content.

You can click Thumbnail View and Grid View to select either the grid or thumbnail view.

Create and Add Existing actions are not available for an issue in the Completed state.

Before you begin: Use one of these methods to display the attachments for an issue:

  1. View the list of issues.
  2. Right-click an issue and select Attachments.
Attachments tab for a specific issue
  1. In the list of issues, select the required issue.
  2. Click Information.
  3. Click Attachments.
