Attach a File
You can attach files that provide additional details for an issue.
When you attach an image to the issue, it becomes the primary image for the issue. If you add an image attachment when creating, rejecting, or approving the issue, that attachment becomes the primary image and any attachment added using the Attachments tab does not replace it as primary.

To attach a new file, click
From Local Disk.
You can attach files with the following file extensions:
- Image: JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF
- Audio: MP3, MPEG, OGG, FLAC
- Video: MP4, AVI, MP, MKV, WEBM, MOV
- Office: PDF, PPT, PPTX, DOC, DOCX
If you copy an image file in a file window, you can use Ctrl + V to paste the path into the file name box in the File Open dialog box.
