Completing Issues

When you finish the work required to resolve an issue, you can promote it to the Completed state.

The resolution of the issue could involve design changes, analysis reports, or other activities. Use the Attachments tab to attach any supporting documentation, and the Related Objects tab to specify other objects involved in the resolution of the issue.

  1. Open the required issue.
  2. On the Properties tab, click Edit.
  3. Update the field values to define how the issue was resolved.

    You must enter values for these fields before you can promote the issue to Completed:

    • Resolution Date
    • Action Taken
    • Resolution Statement

  4. Click Save.
  5. To promote the issue: in the ID Card, click Completed.
