Filtering Issues

You can filter the list of issues. If no filter is selected, the displayed issues match your current credentials.

You can also use 6WTags to filter the list of issues. If you add issues to bookmarks, you can use the bookmark tag to filter the list. If attributes for classifications are defined to Display in 6WTags, you can use those tags to filter the list of issues.

Note: 6WTags includes a "Fulfills Priority" tag that supports issues in Collaboration and Approvals. This tag and its corresponding attribute are not used in Issue Management.

Before you begin: View the list of issues.
  1. From the page toolbar, click Filter by.
  2. Select one or more of the available filters to choose which issues to list.

You can choose any combination of these filters:

    Filter Option Description
My Session Available when using the shared function or if opened by clicking a notification: displays the shared issue regardless of any other filters. The issue is saved until a new issue is opened, or until you refresh the widget.
Nothing in session Shows if you do not have a saved session.
Owned by me Those issues where I am listed as the Owner or Co-Owner.
Assigned to me Those issues where I am an Assignee.
Owned by my organization All issues where my organization reported the Issue.
Assigned to my organization All issues where my organization is responsible for resolving the issue.
Where I contribute All issues where I am a participant.
Completed All completed issues. This filter shows additional criteria to other selected filters. All issues in a completed state including the issues that meet the current filter criteria are shown.

The issues list updates based on your filter selections. Selected filters show a blue bar at the left side of the filter tile.

Note: Only indexed issues can display in the list, so newly created issues only display in the results after the next database index process is completed.
