Activity

The Activity tab lists detailed activities performed on the connected component request.

To access this tab,

  1. Select the component request and click Information on the toolbar or open the component request. For more information, see Opening Component Requests.
  2. Click Activity.

Activities include the component request maturity state actions, attribute updates, promotions and demotions, document attachments and removals, and other object connections and disconnections. The Activity tab lists the following information:

  • The user who performed the activity. The user image from 3DSwym displays for each user. If an image is not available, the default user image displays.
  • The date and time of the activity.
  • A description of the activity.
  • Actions performed in the Approval Workflow, such as task assignments and reassignments, task approvals or rejections, and task completions.

The latest data is reloaded each time you access the Activity tab.

Note: If an object is disconnected from the component request, the object's automatically-generated name displays in the list, instead of its title.
