Related Items

Input Items include engineering items and manufacturer equivalent items. Input items also include attachments added to a component request that is in the In Draft state. You can view the input items in a Tile View or a Data Grid View .

You can use these actions from the Input Items toolbar. Input items can be added or removed in the In Draft, Evaluation, and Implementation maturity states of the component request.

Sort	Sorts the objects by title in ascending or descending order.	—

Each input item has the following actions available in its context menu:

Action	Description
Open with	Opens the input item in a selected app directly from the Component Request Management app. Note: You can add the applicable apps to My Favorite Apps in the Compass to display as a default option.	Open an Input Item
Remove	Removes the selected non-sourcing object. You can remove the object from the component request that is in the In Draft, Under Review, and Under Implementation maturity state.	Remove an Input Item
Delete	Deletes the selected source object. Note: Delete only displays for source objects.	Delete an Existing Source

Answer Items include qualifications, manufacturer equivalent items, engineering items, and documents. You can view the answer items in a Tile View or a Data Grid View . Depending on the maturity state of the answer item, you can drag objects and add them as an answer item.

You can access the following actions from the Answer Items toolbar.
