Choosing Preferences

You can choose preferences to determine the behavior of Route Management.

  1. From the upper right corner, click Preferences.
  2. Select the preferences according to your requirements.

    Credentials

    Choose a set of credentials from the list. The list shows all the credentials assigned to you. The credentials use this format:

    CollaborativeSpace.Organization.Role

    If you only belong to a single organization, that part of the credentials is not displayed.

    When you select a set of credentials, the list of Routes only include those Routes for that Organization and Collaborative Space.

    If you did not pin the widget to a dashboard tab, the new credentials are only effective until you close the widget.

    If you pin the widget to a dashboard tab, the credentials only apply to this instance of the widget. This allows you to pin multiple versions of the widget with different credentials for easy access (you might want to add them to different tabs and rename the dashboard tab to help identify which widget uses which credentials). Also, if you delete a widget from a dashboard tab, the credentials are not saved for the next time you open the widget from the Compass.

    On the cloud only: If you have access to more than one platform, you can select which platform you want to use.
    Number of objects to show Defines the number of routes or route templates to show in the list. You can enter an integer value from 10 to 10,000. (The default value is 200.)

  3. Click Save.
