Setting the Due Date

If the task is defined to allow the assignee to set the due date, you can enter a due date for any task assigned to you.

  1. Open the route and view the tasks.
  2. Double-click the required task assigned to you.

    Information about the task slides in, with the available actions based on the expected action in a menu on the toolbar.

  3. In the Due Date field, use the calendar to set the date you plan on completing the task.
  4. From the toolbar, select > Save for later.

    You can also enter comments. If you are completing the task at the same time, you can select Complete after entering comments.

  5. Click Save for later. This action saves all changes without promoting the task to completed.
