Repository Manager Views

The Publish Requests, Repositories, Users, and Managers views allow you to manage publish requests and user access in Structured Document Editor. Only Repository Manager users can access these views.

Publish Requests

The Publish Requests view lists all the requests to generate PDF files for documents to which you have access.

Actions

The page toolbar includes the following actions.

Action Description
Lets you sort the list by selected columns. Select the column you want to sort by, then choose or .

Shortcut Menu

Click for a row in the Publish Requests list to access its options.

Action Description
Open Document Map Opens the document map for the publication request.
Information Opens the Publish Request Information dialog box for the publication request.
Cancel Publish Request Cancels the publication request.
Open Published Document Opens the PDF document generated by the publication request.

Repositories

The Repositories view lists all the repositories for Structured Document Editor and allows you to manage users' access.

Actions

The page toolbar includes the following actions.

Action Description
Opens the Create Repository dialog box for you to create a new repository.
Lets you sort the list by selected columns. Select the column you want to sort by, then choose or .

Click for a repository to access its options.

Action Description
Manage Users Opens the users list for the repository.

Users

The Users view for a repository lists all its users and allows you to manage access to the repository.

Opens the Add User dialog box for you to add a user to the repository.
Lets you sort the list by selected columns. Select the column you want to sort by, then choose or .

Action Description
Viewer Assigns the user Viewer access to this repository.
Author Assigns the user Author access to this repository.
Leader Assigns the user Leader access to this repository.
Remove Removes the user from this repository.

Managers

The Managers view allows you to control which users have manager permissions in Structured Document Editor.

The page toolbar includes the following actions.

Action Description
Opens the Add Managers dialog box for you to add a manager to Structured Document Editor.

Click for a repository to access its options.

Action Description
Remove Removes the user as a manager for Structured Document Editor.
