Navigating through Commercial Portfolios

You can use the active links in the left panel to navigate through the hierarchical structure of the portfolio versions and sellable items in a commercial portfolio.

Before you begin: Open a portfolio version or sellable item that is part of the commercial portfolio.
  1. Click Navigate Structure.
    The navigation panel opens on the left. It contains the non-expanded, top-level portfolio version in the commercial portfolio.
  2. Click to expand each level of the commercial portfolio hierarchy.
  3. Click any of the active links in the navigation panel to open the selected portfolio version or sellable item in the main window.
  4. Optional: Click Refresh to update and collapse the hierarchy.
  5. To hide the navigation panel, click Navigate Structure again.
