Opening Portfolio Versions

You can open a portfolio version to view its contents, view information about it, and perform actions such as associating a project plan with it.

  1. To open a portfolio version from 3DSearch results, do the one of the following:

    • Click Open, select a portfolio version from the 3DSearch results, then click OK.
    • Drag a portfolio version from an existing set of 3DSearch results and drop it in the start page.

  2. To open a portfolio version from the Home panel, do the following:
    1. Select a page link in the Quick Access section.
    2. Do one of the following:

      • If the page is in Grid View, double-click the portfolio version's title.
      • If the page is in Tile View or Thumbnail View, double-click the portfolio version's tile.

The portfolio version opens.
