Members Control Center 3DNotification Preferences

The 3DNotification preferences let you customize notifications of the Members Control Center app.

Note: You must be Platform Manager to access these settings.

From the top bar, select Notifications > > Members Control Center or Roles to access options for:

Members Control Center

Activates all the available app's notifications.

By default, this check box is selected.

Licenses Expiration

You receive a notification either when a license expiration date is below 30 days or when a consumed license has already expired.

Note: If more than two roles are about to expire, a generic message appears instead of the names of the roles concerned by the expiration status.

By default, this check box is selected.

Member Connection Error

You receive a notification if a member receives a connection error message because this member's platform license has expired.

By default, this check box is selected.

Role Request

You receive a notification when a member requests a new role or license.

By default, this check box is selected.

3DEXPERIENCE ID update

You receive a notification if a member has deleted or pseudonymized his 3DEXPERIENCE ID.

By default, this check box is selected.

Types of Notification

Four types of notification channels are available. For more information, see 3DEXPERIENCE Platform: Using Dashboards: Managing 3DNotifications: Customizing 3DNotifications.

Note: The email notifications channel is applied by default.
