Managing Agents

You can manage agents' credentials lifecycle thanks to Agent Management App. You can also see the available services in the Available services tab.

This task shows you how to:

Before you begin:
  • You must have the Enterprise Integration Architect (PFI) role.
  • You must be the Administrator of a tenant.

Create Agents

  1. Log in to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as the Administrator of a Tenant.

    You can also access the Agent Management app in the Compass.

  2. In the Agent Manager tab, click .
    A Create Agent pop up is displayed.
  3. Fill in the fields.

    Agent Name must be a character string. Allowed Passport User must belong to the tenant and must be a member.

  4. Click Generate.
    Agent ID and Agent Password are generated. You can copy and paste the generated ID and Password if needed.
  5. Close the pop up.

Edit Agents

  1. Click and select Edit Agent.
  2. Modify the Allowed Passport User and click Save.

Renew Agent Password

  1. Click and select Renew Password.
  2. Modify the Agent Password and click Close.

    You can copy and paste the generated Agent ID and Agent Password if needed.

Delete Agents

  1. Click and select Delete Agent.

    A confirmation pop up appears.

  2. ClickOK to confirm.
