In the
Roles
section, click
Details in the
role
you want to grant.
By default, if the role has not been granted yet, the
Members and
Groups tabs show
the list of users
or user groups. If the
role
has already been granted once, each
tab displays
the granted members
or user groups. Click
View all
other users in
the
Members tab to see
the list of available members
or
View all other groups in the
Groups tab to see the list of available
groups.
Note:
If a member has already been granted this role through a group,
a
Granted through group icon appears in front
of his name.
- Optional:
To refine the list of users or groups, select either of he
following:
- In the
Members tab, type the name of the user in
the
Search user
field.
- in the
Groups tab, type the name of the user group
in the
Search group field.
A list of users or
user groups appears as you type.

Select the member or
group you want to grant.
in the
Groups tab, you can click:
- If the group already contains at least a member,
Expand to expand the list of members of
any of the user groups.
- If the list of members has been updated since you expanded
the list, you may need to click
Refresh to update the list of members.

Collapse to collapse the list of members.
Note:
This tab is not available in the
Collaborative Business Innovator
role.
The selected roles are granted to the selected user
or user group. They
can start using the granted roles in the
My Roles / Profile section of the
Compass.
The roles can also be selected in the
Me menu.
Note:
You can also deny a granted user
or user group from the list by unselecting them
in the list.
