Reader Responsibility

If you have the Reader responsibility, these tables the content you can access under specific circumstances.

"Bookmark or Use" is the ability to point to the content.

Personal Management content has a single state: UNSPECIFIED. It is accessible only by the owner or an Administrator in a collaborative space where the user is a member.

Note: After you create or modify content, the app verifies your responsibility before you can save that content. Some commands verify your responsibility immediately, while other commands verify it when you click Save.

Users are not required to be explicitly assigned to this public collaborative space. OR A collaborative space that the user can access owns the content.
	FROZEN
	RELEASED	A public or protected collaborative space owns the content. The user can read the content if the user's credentials contain the organization or parent organization that owns the content. Users are not required to be explicitly assigned to this public or protected collaborative space. OR A collaborative space that the user can access owns the content.
