This topic describes the baseline generic responsibilities for people with the Reader (Restricted), Contributor (Restricted), Author (Restricted), or Leader (Restricted)responsibilities based on the internal maturity state and content category.
Restricted responsibilities are assigned to partners to allow employees of other companies access limited to
content in the collaborative space and organization of the user's credentials. In
general, these responsibilities have the same authoring access as the equivalent standard responsibility, with the exceptions listed in these tables.
"Bookmark or Use" is the ability to point to the content.
Personal Management content has a single state: UNSPECIFIED. It is accessible only by the
owner or an Administrator in a collaborative space where the user is a member.
Note:
After you create or modify content, the app verifies your responsibility before you can save that content. Some commands verify your responsibility immediately, while other commands verify it when you click
Save.
