Creating an Application Password

You can create an Application Password if your Administrator allows you to do so. The Application Password option allows you to generate and use apps credentials to authenticate.

  1. Access your 3DEXPERIENCE ID profile by logging in through the 3DPassport URL.
  2. Edit your 3DEXPERIENCE ID profile.

    The profile page must contain Application Password option. In the Switch view to: list, select Application Password.

  3. Fill in the fields and click Add.
    A success message appears and a password is generated.

    Copy and save the password for a later login.

    You will receive an email before the Application Password expiration date.

  4. Optional: To delete an App Password, click Delete in the Action column.
