Resetting your password

You can reset your password if you forgot it or if you have not renewed it in due time. If your password is about to expire or has expired:

  • with an expired password, you receive an expiration notification and are redirected to the Change password page.
  • with a valid password that is about to expire , you receive a message depending on expiration notification parameters set by your Administrator.

In that case, follow the two last steps.

  1. Click Forgot my password.

    A page to reset your password appears. This page can also contain a Captcha.

  2. Enter your e-mail address, type the characters you see, then click Send.

    A notification appears.

    You will receive an e-mail including a link that allows you to reset your password.

    This link is valid 24h.

    Note: If you have issues during password resetting, contact your Administrator to receive the reset password link.

  3. Click the link to reset your password.

    The Update my password dialog box appears.

  4. Click Send.
  5. Click Yes if needed or click No.

    A success notification appears and an e-mail confirming your password has been set successfully is sent to you.

    You are now ready to log into the platform using a URL for 3DDashboard.
