Defining Favorite Apps

You can add apps you use the most to My favorite apps section for an easier and quicker access.

Before you begin:
  • You can use roles to set favorite apps. All apps associated to the role are added to My Favorite apps. You can remove each app one by one or all at once.
  1. Click the Compass and search for your app.
  2. Drop the app of your choice onto the My Favorite apps section in the Drop your app here.

    The app is added to the favorites list. If you have selected a role, the complete list of apps linked to it are added to your favorites.
  3. Optional: To remove apps from the favorites list, select either of the following:
    • to remove one app only, drag it to the My Favorite Apps section and drop it on the trash.

    • To remove all your favorite apps, click .

The favorites list is kept across sessions.
