Change Assessment lets you decide whether objects
associated with another object, already added to a change order or change
request, should also be added to the change order or change request as proposed
changes or candidate items. For example, such an object can be a reference
document associated with a controlled document. Adding these objects either
generates new change actions or uses existing ones based on their organization.
