Change Actions for a Change Order or a Change Request

You can list the change actions associated with the selected change order or change request.

To list the change actions:

  1. Open the change order or the change request.
  2. Select the Change Actions category.

This page discusses:

Columns

Columns Description
Name Name of the change action associated with the change order or change request. Click to go to the Properties page.
Title The title of the associated change action.
Type The type of object that is listed ('Change Action') .
Owner The owner of the change action.
Severity Low, Medium, or High.
Status Icon representing the approval status of the change action.

Approval status of the change order:

  • In Work (not late)
  • In Work (late)
  • Completed (on time)
  • Completed (late)

Owning Change The change object to which the change action belongs.
State Status of the change action:
  • Draft
  • In Work (not late)
  • In Work (late)
  • Completed (on time)
  • Completed (late)
Due Date Shows the date the change(s) is/are due.
Approval Status The status based on the approvals, such as 'Pending' or 'Approved'.
Assignees Person, role, or group who needs to complete the task. Click to open the properties page for that user (no link if the assignee is a role or a group).
Approvers Person who is responsible for impact analysis and technical approval of the work on the change action
Start Date Date from which change(s) will be in effect.
Organization Business organization where the change was raised.
