Resolved Items Page

The Resolved Items page contains issues that have been resolved through a change order.

From a change order Content page, click the Resolved Items tab.
Column Description
Name Name of the issue connected to the change order
Revision Revision number or code
Type Item or issue type
Description Details about the item
State Current state of the item in its lifecycle
Owner Person responsible for the item

Actions

Field Description
Add Existing Click to search for and select an existing issue to be added as a resolved item for the context change order. Select one or more issues and click Submit.
Remove Click to remove the selected issues from the context change order (does not delete them from the database). This function is active when at least one item is selected.
