The summary report shows the intent and content of the proposed change. The
report summarizes attributes, extended attributes, and related information including
proposed changes and process information. Process information includes routes, tasks,
and approvals.
Reports can be generated in HTML format.
To view the summary report, navigate to
the change request Properties page and
click Summary Report.
On premises only: You can also
generate reports in PDF format. Both formats contain the same information, but the PDF
report includes the Acrobat Reader toolbar, which contains all the Acrobat Reader tools
available by default. By default, the PDF Report category does not appear on the change
request page. To enable the summary report view in PDF format, contact your
administrator.
