Defining Applicability

You can add models to a change order (CO) or a change request (CR), and define the applicability attributes.

Required access role: Leader

A Leader that is assigned the Change Coordinator responsibility can edit applicability.

This task shows you how to:

Before you begin: Do the following to open the Applicability tab.
  1. From the Change Governance home page, open the required CO or CR.
  2. From the identity card, click Information.
  3. Click the Applicability tab.

Add Models

You can add models for which you want to define applicability.

  1. In the Applicability tab toolbar, click .
  2. Search for the required model.
  3. From the search results, select the required model.

The selected model is added.

Define Applicability

To specify the applicability attributes, you edit the applicability for the models associated with the CO or CR.

  1. For the model for which you want to edit applicability, click and select Edit Applicability.
  2. Build the applicability expression.
  3. Click OK.

The applicability expression is saved.

Remove Models

You can remove the models that you have added for defining applicability.

For the model that you want to remove, click and select Remove Model.

The model is removed.
