Managing Change Orchestration for Change Requests

You can associate change orders (CO) and change actions (CA) to change requests (CR) to implement the changes identified from impact analysis. You can also change actions under already added change orders.

If you add COs, then you can add CAs under COs to implement the changes. In this case, CO approval is required to complete the process. If you add CAs directly under the CR, the process is completed when the CAs are completed.

Your business administrator can configure the option to create CAs only under COs. In this case, a CO is created when the CR is moved to the Approved state and the CAs are added to the CO. The CR's Change Coordinator is assigned as the owner and the Change Coordinator of the CO.
