You can place a change request (CR) on hold or cancel it. Placing it on hold lets
you later resume the CR while retaining any objects connected to the CR. Alternatively,
when you cancel a CR, objects are removed and the CR cannot be further used.
The CR initiator or Change Coordinator can place the CR on hold before the CO is
in the In Process state. When you put the CR on hold, information regarding the CR state,
its owner, and associated COs is retained.
Only the owner can move a CR to the On Hold
state and only before the In Process CO state.
