Approving OAuth Consumer Keys for OSLC Provider Integrations

Business Administrators can use the OAuth1 Control Center app to approve or remove consumer keys used by external applications consuming the services provided by ENOVIA apps through Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC).

Before you begin: You must have already installed the OAuth1 Control Center app before you can approve or remove consumer keys. For more information, see Install OAuth1 Control Center.
  1. From the Compass, select OAuth1 Control Center.
  2. To process a pending OAuth consumer key, select the key in the To Be Approved Consumer Keys list, then do one of the following:
    • To approve the pending OAuth consumer key, click Approve.

The application that generated that consumer key now has access to the 3DSpace server from an ENOVIA app through an OSLC integration.

    • To delete the pending OAuth consumer key, click Delete.

The application that generated that consumer key no longer has access to the 3DSpace server from an ENOVIA app through an OSLC integration.

  3. To remove a previously approved OAuth consumer key, select the key in the Approved Consumer Keys list, then click Delete.
The key is no longer an approved OAuth consumer key. A new consumer key must be requested and approved before the application that generates the consumer key can access the 3DSpace server from an ENOVIA app through an OSLC integration.
