Getting List of Impacting Change Actions

You can perform an impact analysis on changes relevant to a given object or product.

Before you begin: Explore a root product in the work area.
  1. From the action bar, select Tools > B.I. Essentials.
    The B.I. Essentials panel appears.
  2. Select Change Management Impacts.
    Color shading is applied to the product to indicate the status of impacting change actions.

    The following table lists the information about the impact analysis status displayed in the B.I. Essentials list with reference to colors:

    ColorInformation
    Green All changes impacting this object are complete.
    RedAt Least one change impacting this object is not complete.
    WhiteNo change is impacting this object.

  3. Select the product of your choice.
    The impact message appears.
  4. Click the message.
    The Impacting CAs dialog box appears with a list of impacting change actions. To view ID card, double-click the change action name and the ID card view appears.
