Exporting ARXML Files

You can export a hardware architecture, software architecture, or system mapping to AUTOSAR 4.0 (.arxml).

Note: The export to ARXML functionality is available only when you have the Electrical, Electronics and Software Architect (ELAET) role.

This scenario describes how to export a software architecture. The scenario is identical for the other elements.

  1. In the Software tab, select a software architecture.
  2. Select Export ARXML Files .

The following files are exported in a .zip:

  • An .arxml file is downloaded.
  • A .log file, containing the warnings and errors, is downloaded.
