Creating System Signals

You can create system signals used when mapping.

  1. In the Communications tab, right-click the System Signals node and select Create System Signal .
  2. Enter these details for the new system signal:

    Box Name Description
    Title

    Enter a title.

    Description

    (Optional) Enter a description.
    (optional) Reference Enumeration If a reference attribute is defined and activated in the Preferences dialog box, select a value for the reference attribute. Depending on this selection, corresponding boxes appear in the Create System Signal dialog box. Select values for these attributes.

The system signal appears under the System Signals node.
