Creating a Project

You can create a project associated with a topology and including system mappings related to this topology.

  1. In the Project tab, right-click the Projects node, select Create Project , and:
    1. Enter a title.
    2. Select a topology.
  2. Right-click the System Mappings node of the created project and select Insert System Mappings.
  3. To select system mappings linked to functions, select On function in the Insert System Mappings dialog box.

    Tip: To show only system mappings referencing one of the versions of the project topology, select With any version of project hardware architecture, if several versions are available.

  4. Select one or more system mappings.

The system mappings appear under the System Mappings node.

Note: You can also create a project, which contains a system with specific product configurations.
