Creating a Network

You can create a network composed of switches.

Note: With the Avionics Architect (AVARA) role, you can work with Ethernet networks for Avionics.

Before you begin:
  • Create a topology.
  • Create switches in the topology.
In the topology, right-click the Networks node, select Create Network , and:
  1. Enter a title.
  2. Select the switches to be inserted in the network.

Note: The command is also available from the toolbar of the topology view.

A network appears in the Networks node.
