Managing Electrical Nets and Net Groups

You can gather nets and/or net groups within a net group.

Before you begin:
  • Create an electrical component (Electrical Equipment).
  • Create a net group .
  • Create three nets .
  1. In the tree, select the net group .
  2. In the tree, select the nets to be grouped under the net group .

    Important: A net or a net group that is already inserted under a net group cannot be selected.

  3. Deactivate Net Group Links .
    You will now remove a net from NetGroup1.
  4. Reactivate Net Group Links .
  5. Select the net group .
    The nets that are inserted under the net group are highlighted.
  6. Click Net3.
    Net3 is removed from NetGroup2.
