Over Shield Symbol Definition

The over shield can be represented in the diagram view. Symbols can be inserted at one or both ends of the over shielded cables through the following Data Setup resources:

  • Default Over Shield Ends Representation: a logical reference representing the over shield symbol should be assigned to this resource.
  • Over Shield Ends Properties: a sheet defining the symbols properties should be assigned to this resource:
    • First column: distance between the component symbol and the over shield symbols (d1).
    • Second column: distance between the last wire of the cable and the top/bottom of the over shield' symbols (d2).
