Recent Change Objects

My Engineering View shows a list of recently modified change objects that you own including CRs, COs, CAs, and CAs with applicability.

  1. For Engineering BOM Management, click Engineering > My Engineering View.
  2. In the My Engineering View dashboard, click the Change value in the Items section. See About the Engineering Dashboard.
Note: To delete the item from the database, select one or more items and click Delete from the page toolbar.

These columns are shown:

Column Description
Name Name of the document
RevisionThe change object revision number or code
State The current state of the document (In Work, etc.)
TypeThe document type or subtype
Policy The policy of the document (typically just "document")
DescriptionDetails about the document
OwnerThe user who has responsibility for the document
Last ModifiedDate when document was last modified.
