Specification Issues

When you open a specification, you can view details about issues, if any, related to the specification.

To view issues for a specification:

  1. Open the specification.
  2. Select the Issues category.

Column Name Description
(Status) Represents any slippage between the estimated start and finish dates. The red, yellow, and green status icons are configurable. For example, a red icon might display for a high slip value, and a green icon for no slippage.
Name The name of the issue, which is auto-generated.
Type The type for the issue
Description The description of the issue.
State The current state of the issue in its lifecycle.
Escalation Required Whether the issue requires upper management support for resolution.
Estimated:
Start The estimated start date for the issue resolution.
Finish The estimated finish date for the issue resolution.
Actual:
Start The actual start date for the issue resolution.
Finish The actual finish date for the issue resolution.
Owner The person responsible for the issue.
Priority The priority of the issue that was specified when it was created or modified: Low, Medium, High or Preassigned.
Edit Click to edit the issue's details.
