Generating Summary Reports

Any user with an engineering role can generate a summary report. This includes the roles

Required Access Roles:

• Baseline: Author, Leader
• App-specific: Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer and Senior Manufacturing Engineer.

Access a change object Properties page. Click one of the following:

• To view the HTML summary report, click Summary Report.
• To view the PDF summary report, click Summary Report - PDF. The PDF file is displayed in the content frame and includes the Acrobat Reader toolbar with tools to work with the PDF file.

Click Refresh Report from the page Actions menu or toolbar to fetch the latest version of the PDF file that is checked in. It does not check in a new PDF file.
