Assigning Lead Role for Cloud Support

You can assign a lead role for cloud support.

Required Access Roles:

  • Baseline: An Author or Leader can assign the lead role. The lead role assignment of Leader is required for change management.
Note: Only one person can have these change-related lead roles for a given organization.

Environment: Cloud only

  1. From the Compass, click Social and Collaborative Apps , and select the Engineering BOM app.
  2. In the Categories list, select Engineering > Lead Role Assignment.
    A table opens that shows all users in the host company who have the Leader role.
  3. Select the user name and click Assign Lead Role from the page toolbar.
